FAQ
Q: Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me?
A: At this time we do not have a printed catalog. Please email us
at sales@tieitwithabow.com or call us at 859.803.3520 for additional
information about our products.
Q: If I have a question regarding a product I do not see on your
site and it is similar to an item you carry, do I need to utilize your
Consulting Services?
A: No. If you have simple questions that can be answered quickly
just email us at sales@tieitwithabow.com.
Q: Why do the shipping times vary from product to product?
A: Most of our items are custom and created upon receipt of your
order. Each vendor has its own time frame for completion.
Q: Is it possible to expedite an order so that it arrives ahead of
the estimated shipping timeframe?
A: It may be possible to rush the delivery for some products.
Please email us and we will try to accommodate your request. Additional
fees may apply.
Q: I am interested in an item on your site but would prefer a
different monogram font and thread color. Is it possible to special order
additional styles?
A: Yes, we can provide additional monogram fonts, as well as
different colors. Please email us with your request and we will inform you
within 24 hours if we are able to accommodate your request. An additional
fee may apply as a result of your custom request.
Q: Can an order be cancelled after it is placed?
A: Once an order is placed and is in production it cannot be
cancelled. Most orders are submitted to the appropriate vendors within 24
hours. However, if you contact us quickly and it has not been placed into
production it may be possible to cancel the order.
Q: I made a mistake when I placed my customized ordered. What do I
need to do to correct it?
A: Contact us immediately at sales@tieitwithabow.com or
859.803.3520. We will confirm the status of your order and will inform you
if a change can be made. Please note that an additional fee may be
required in order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your
order very carefully before sending it to avoid these situations. Note
that if the order has already been completed we are unable to replace it
with the corrected version. Please see our Return Policy for additional
information.
Q: I have a question regarding Licensed, Trademarked, or Patented
Design(s). Can you reproduce my company’s logo on your product?
A: In ordering custom printed merchandise for any organization, you
the customer, represent that all materials used in making the product will
not cause the violation of any law, rule, judicial decision, regulation,
franchise or similar agreements, informal or formal, oral or written
relating to trademarks, ordinance, or copyrights service marks etc. A
customer also represents that by commissioning the seller to produce the
item that they have the full authority to purchase and to grant the rights
to the seller to fabricate, manufacture, and to sell any design or product
that is created. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller
harmless from and against any fees, fines, penalties, losses, damages or
assessments including attorney’s fees that are incurred by the seller to
produce and sell any design or product that is created. We reserve the
right to refuse production of any design we deem questionable,
distasteful, or inconsistent with the ideals of the organization you
represent.
