Return Policy
We are confident that you will
love your selection and the quality of our products. However if you are
not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving
your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Once a return
is authorized we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling
charges and a 20% restocking fee. Purchase must be returned in original,
unopened, un-used condition. Returns will not be accepted without prior
arrangement and shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning items is
the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not accept responsibility for
return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any
other circumstances beyond our control.
Personalized and Custom Order
Items
Personalized and
custom order items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged
or we have made an error. If a
personalized or custom item is defective we will replace it with the
identical item; no changes will
be allowed. Please be sure to
check for accuracy before you make your order as items that have
errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be refundable or
returnable.
Many of our
products are handmade and may be subject to the designer's
discretion. Due to variations in dye lots and fabric availability,
there may be slight differences of color and pattern from what is
represented online. These variances are subtle and will not affect
the overall appearance of your items. Linings of children's apparel
may vary from what is displayed on our website. Please contact us
with any questions or special requests.
Damaged Items
Damage rarely occurs during shipment to your
home since we carefully inspect and package every item using materials
that are designed to protect your purchase. However, if you do receive an
item that is damaged in transit, please save the item, the damaged
container, as well as all other packaging materials so that we may bring
it to the shipper’s attention. Additionally, you must contact us within 2
days at sales@tieitwithabow.com or our customer service department at
859.803.3520 and receive return authorization. Please understand that due
to the personalized and customized nature of many of our products, we will
make every effort to expedite the creation and delivery of a replacement
piece. |
